Filtrabit is looking for an International Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe and the APAC markets.

In this role, you will represent Filtrabit’s advanced particulate emission reduction solutions and build long-term relationships with industrial customers and partners.

You will play a key role in expanding Filtrabit’s international footprint, identifying new business opportunities, and developing partnerships that accelerate market entry and growth. This position requires hands-on sales execution and a genuine curiosity to understand clients’ industrial solutions.

You will work through both direct customer engagement and selected local partners, depending on the market. Each project is delivered in close collaboration with local partners to ensure deep market understanding and effective implementation. Filtrabit’s solutions are offered through an operating lease model, enabling customers to adopt modern dust control technology without large upfront investments.

You will be responsible for sales and the partner network within your geographical area, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, based in Finland.

About You

We are looking for an experienced industrial sales professional who:

  • Has genuine drive, ambition, and the long-term mindset needed to build sustainable success
  • Has a proven track record in technical solution sales and partnership management, ideally within industrial manufacturing or other heavy industries
  • Builds trust and manages the full sales process from first contact to closing
  • Communicates fluently in English (skills in Finnish and especially German are strong assets)
  • Has proven success in achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Thrives in a responsible and independent role, while also being a collaborative team player
  • Has genuine interest in technology that helps create a cleaner, pollution-free industrial future
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-developing, sometimes unfinished environment

Your Background

  • Relevant technical or commercial degree
  • Solid experience in international B2B sales, preferably in industrial environment
  • Previous experience in a growth company is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time across Europe and APAC
